On Saturday, December 21, the Cambria American Legion will be serving a Pancake Breakfast that is open to the public from 8 to 11 a.m., (bar is closed). It is located behind the Vets Hall at 1000 Main Street in the Legion dining room. The Legion holds this breakfast on the third Saturday of each month. Breakfast is an all-you-can-eat meal featuring gourmet scrambled eggs, sausage, orange juice, coffee or tea and of course PANCAKES. All the profits from the breakfast go directly to the Legion Charity Fund supporting many of the Legion activities including:
–Delegates to Boys and Girls State
–Scholarships for CUHS and Leffingwell students
–Backpacks full of essentials for veterans in need
–Placing holiday remembrance placards on the graves of veterans at our local cemeteries.
Please join the Legion and bring family and friends starting at 8 until 11 a.m. The cost is only $10 per person.
