Latin Jazz Concert Featuring Rich Severson on September 29

In a Famous Jazz Artist Series concert celebrating Latin jazz including Bossa Nova, guitarist Rich Severson will be joined by drummer Darrell Voss, bassist Dylan Johnson, Karl Welz on saxophone as well as series producers Charlie and Sandi Shoemake on vibes and vocals.  The concert will be held at The Harmony Café (824 Main Street) and will begin at 5:30 instead of the usual 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, September 29.

     Rich has been a full-time professional player and teacher for over 35 years.  He has toured the U.S. playing guitar with some of the greats of Rock & Roll.  After writing books for a major publisher, Rich developed and published his own home study curriculum called Guitar College.
