Greetings from Cambria Chamber of Commerce

By VICTORIA RODRIGUEZ

Last month, Cambria saw a lot of excitement in town despite much-needed heavy rains. Even with the inclement weather, the town was active with shoppers and nature-seekers alike.  The Cambria Chamber of Commerce anticipates even more foot traffic as word spreads that the San Simeon pier has been restored and has reopened on February 21.

The Chamber held a very successful Mixer hosted by Cambria Coffee Company.  Business owners, feel free to reach out to host a future Mixer—it is a great networking opportunity and open to all, so invite friends and their friends!  The March Mixer will be hosted by Cambria Rotary on March 20, from 5 to 7 p.m. and will be held at The Coastal Taproom at 821 Cornwall Street.  Food for the Mixer will be provided by Cambria Mimosas.

Looking ahead to March, the Chamber can already sense the good vibes that will be trailing the cheery Spring breakers who come to visit Cambria this Spring.  Plenty of events will be happening that will surely capture everyone’s attention (please see the calendar on the Chamber website for all the fun events in March).  With the unique shops, eclectic restaurants, and cozy accommodations, keep the doors open and ready to embrace the many tourists who make this town flourish.
