The Cambria Library is offering the following holiday celebrations and educational programs in December:
On Saturday, December 7 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the Library is hosting Holiday Express
Join everyone at the library for this special event! The day will be filled with book giveaways, treats, holiday crafts, activities, and movies for the whole family! Book giveaway and treats will be provided by Friends of the Cambria Library.
On Thursday, December 12, from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. the library will be offering a Beginner’s Guide to Computer Basics. This class will cover the basics of hardware and software applications, smart phones, social media, and more. Please bring your own device! There are a few laptops we can provide for the class if needed. Walk-ins are welcome.
On Tuesday, December 17, at 4 p.m. the program will be Color to Calm. All students in this class will develop a further understanding of painting and drawing techniques needed to create works of art. Each session focuses on a specific artist or style.
On Wednesday, December 18, from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., it will be Community Game Day at the library.
Join everyone for a relaxing day to play board games. All ages are welcome!
On Tuesday, December 24, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. the Lego Club meets. Kids ages 5 through 11 are invited to engineer, build, and create with Legos. All bricks are provided by the library.
