The Cambria Neighbors Club is gearing up for what is proving to be the largest annual Craft Fair of the year on Saturday, October 12, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Cambria Pines Lodge. Over 60 vendors have registered from all over the county and will be setting up outside and inside of the hotel property. The Craft Fair is put on at no cost to the public.
All items are handmade by the participating vendors. Some items include hand painted gourds, handmade Christmas ornaments, handmade cards, jewelry, quilts, knitting, crochet, hand painted clothing, woodcraft, succulent pumpkins, and so much more.
This year we are excited to announce participation by the cambriaca, The Cambria Community Chorale, and the Cambria Community Scholarship Foundation. They will each have their own booth and representatives will be available during the event to talk to the public about their respective organizations.
The fair entrance will be located at the Christmas Market Ticket booth, and we will open the gates promptly at 11 a.m. The public will be greeted with a mini pumpkin patch provided by the Cambria Pines Lodge Nursery for last-minute pumpkin shopping before the Halloween holiday.
Vendors will fill the space typically used for the annual Christmas market and then wind around the property passing the food and entertainment areas before they head into the large and beautifully decorated Peacock room located adjacent to the main lounge.
Live music performed by the Rockin’ B’s Band, who will be playing their special variety of folk, bluegrass, and rock and roll. There is plenty of outdoor seating to accommodate folks who would like to sit back and relax and enjoy the entertainment. The public will also have the option of purchasing the combo luncheon provided by the Cambria Pines Lodge, which comes with two sandwich choice options, fruit, chips, and a drink. This is truly a wonderful and much anticipated community event that you do not want to miss.
