The Cambria 501 Group, a collaborative effort of local nonprofit groups, is hosting a Nonprofit Community Fair on Saturday, April 5, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Pinedorado Grounds.
Do you ever wonder makes this town tick? More than 30 local Nonprofit organizations will share information about their services, how they serve our community, and offer insights on how to volunteer. They will even have ways to donate to their efforts.
The local dance group Ballet Folklorico will perform, and delicious food and drinks will be available for purchase. Nonprofit organizations are holding a raffle for those who attend—visit the various booths and get tickets for a drawing for fun prizes that will be awarded to the lucky winners. Winners will be chosen at 1:30 p.m. and ticket holders must be present to win. This will truly be a Fair experience for the whole family, with animals available to pet and visit with courtesy of HART and Cambria 4-H.
The event is free to everyone. Come meet local volunteers for organizations that make Cambria the great place it is. For more information, or to help with the event, please send a note to: Pinedorado@gmail.com.
