Come and join the Santa Rosa congregation on October 20 from 1 to 3 p.m. for an afternoon of passed hors d’oeuvres and premium wines, while strolling through the music filled gardens of Santa Rosa Church, 1174 Main Street. There will be wonderful silent and live auction items. Proceeds will benefit the Restoration of our Beloved Chapel which is a historic landmark in our community.
After the missions, Old Santa Rosa Chapel was the first Catholic church built in the County in 1870. Santa Rosa Parish was formed in this chapel, which continues to be treasured by all. Help is needed to maintain this historic building and to assist in parish liturgies and other activities held at the chapel. The Chapel is open for tours on Saturdays from 1 to 4 p.m. and on Sundays from 11 to 2 p.m. Tickets for the event can be purchased through: my805tix.com/e/Chapel
