On Saturday, April 5, in what was a national move to demonstrate for the defence of democracy, Cambria citizens turned out in large numbers to make their voices heard. For the hours between noon and 1:30 p.m., demonstrators took to the streets at the corner of Main Street and Cambria Drive to march and express through voice and signs their disappointment in the current administration. During the demonstration, it was not only the demonstrators on the sidewalk who expressed their First Amendment right to free speech, but as many people drove by, they expressed their support through calling out to the marchers and beeping horns as they passed the participants.
The photos below show some of the citizens in action that day.
