Volunteers Helped Make Thanksgiving Food Drive a Success

The Unitarian Universalist Community of Cambria (UUCC) wishes to thank everyone involved in the annual Thanksgiving Basket food drive.  On behalf of the UUCC Social Justice Committee and the Link Family Resource Center, the UUCC congregation wishes to thank the larger community, Talley Farms, Teresa Lees at Global Family Farm, and all the many volunteers who organized the food drive so seamlessly this year.

In other church news, a group mediation is ongoing on Thursday mornings at 10:00 a.m. in the church sanctuary (786 Arlington Avenue) and led by facilitator Andy Feigin.  All are welcome to come and sit quietly, reflect on a Buddhist reading, and share thoughts, whether a practiced meditator or not.  More can be found on the website (uuccambria.org) about the meditation group.

The UUCC is a lay-led community that celebrates religious diversity and welcomes all who journey in search of faith and spirituality.  Sunday morning services are held at 10:00 a.m. in the sanctuary and online.  Check the UUCC website for instructions to connect remotely to services.
